Turned Edge Binders

Description:
Turned edge binders are excellent binders for a very impressive presentation. Just like bookbinding, turned edge binders can be covered in either book cloth or offset printed sheets that are litho label applied and film laminated for vibrant colors that "POP".

Also, eurohinged turned edge binders weigh about 60% less than vinyl providing lower shipping costs. They are completely recyclable. Vinyl binders cannot be imported into some European countries.

Paperboard Binders

Description:
Paperboard binders are made of heavy-duty paper stock that is printed like regular paper. We add film lamination to paperboard binders to make them an attractive, durable and economical presentation piece.

Advantages:
Because the binders are made of paper, our top-notch offset printing can be used to reinforce your marketing message and match other corporate identity standards. A paper-based product is viewed as being very environmentally friendly. Through graphics and logo, these are excellent vehicles for enhancing your image. Plus, they can be economical. Vinyl Binders

Description:
Vinyl binders are the most commonly produced loose-leaf product. They are available in many colors, capacities and paper sizes. They can be decorated, or have offset printed sheets, overlayed, or entrapped. Our production facility is known for producing high quality vinyl binders, competitively priced, whether long or short run.

Advantages:
Vinyl is available in a wide assortment of stocks, grains, and custom colors. Most use silk screen-printing and are economical to purchase in small to large quantities.

Applications:
CommuniPak produces vinyl binders for many applications. From catalogues to sales presentations, and training manuals, vinyl binders are very versatile.

Poly Binders

Description:
Poly and poly pro binders are durable binders that offer a distinct presentation. Poly are made of polyethylene and polypro are made of polypropylene. These binders can be screen or offset printed (offset is only in certain gauges).

Advantages:
Polyethylene and polypropylene are available in a wide assortment of attractive colors from solids to frosted to transparents (polypro only). They also have a large assortment of textures from which to choose and are available in different weights (gauges) depending on your application. Polyethylene is also known for withstanding harsh conditions such as scuffing, scratching and extreme heat and cold. Poly binders are also very economical to produce, especially with silkscreen printing.

Applications:
Poly binders are very versatile. They can be used as a basic organization tool. Since they are so durable and economical they are often used for field uses such as parts and service manuals. They also can be used for impressive presentations, with a combination of color, texture, and graphics; they can have a high impact.

Tabs

Description:
Tabs are generally made with paper stock, but can also be made in poly. Tabs can be printed with many options. Tabs are a very cost effective way to keep information separated and organized.

Advantages:
Tabs create organization in your binder, tote, or box. Tabs can be custom die-cut. They can be printed on both the tab and the body. Graphic coordination between the tabs and the binder lends itself to a great presentation that is sure to impress your target audience.

Decoration:
Offset printing. The most common and economical method is to print on the tab only with clear or colored Mylar. CommuniPak can produce tabs with full body copy from 1 to 8 colors. We can offer special die-cuts three-hole drilling and collation insertion into the binder.
